Crossplay (e.g., Epic Games vs Steam) is often a startup variable.
Go to the Startup tab.
Look for a variable named "Crossplay" or "Server Platform".
Toggle it to enabled.
Restart the server.
Note: Not all games support crossplay on dedicated servers.
