If your server shows an incorrect or reduced memory (RAM) amount, or does not start with the resources you expect, first try Starting (or restarting) the server from the Console page and wait about a minute for it to fully boot.
If the memory is still not correct after that, this may be caused by a game startup error. Please open a support ticket and our technical team will look into it right away.
