You have bought a server and you are wondering where it is and how to open it. This applies to every game we host — Minecraft, Palworld, ARK, Rust, Valheim and the rest — the steps are the same.
Your server is created and installed automatically as soon as the order is activated. There is nothing to install yourself.
Go to ai.gameteam.io and log in with the same email and password you use for billing. Your servers appear in the sidebar.

A new server spends a few minutes installing and cannot be started during that time. The console shows the progress.
Press Start on the Console page and wait until the log says the server is ready. Your connection address — the IP and port players use to join — is shown on the server page and on the Network tab.
From there you can change settings, upload files, install mods or plugins, and take backups. If something does not look right, the console output is the first place to check.
