The assistant in the server panel can occasionally fail to produce a reply. When that happens it reports that it is temporarily unavailable rather than answering.
Send the message again — most of these are momentary. If it keeps failing on the same request, try asking for one change at a time instead of several at once; a very large request is more likely to be the one that fails.
If it says it cannot apply a change: some settings only take effect while the server is fully stopped, and the assistant will not force that on a running server. Stop the server, ask again, then start it.
Anything the assistant could not do, we can do for you — open a ticket saying what you asked for and we will apply it.
