Palworld supports crossplay: Steam, Xbox, PlayStation 5 and Mac players can all share one server.
Console players cannot type in an IP address. This is the part that causes most confusion. On Steam and Mac you can connect straight to the address and port shown in your dashboard. On PS5, Xbox and the Microsoft Store version of the game there is no field for an address — those players have to find the server in the in-game community server list and join from there.
So the server name is what matters. Set a distinctive name on the Startup tab, then have console players search for it in the server list. A server called "A GameTeam Hosted Server" is hard to pick out; something specific to you is not.
Give it a few minutes after a restart. The server registers itself with the community list when it starts, and it does not appear instantly.
If the server has a password, console players are prompted for it after selecting the server in the list, the same as anywhere else.
If your server does not show in the list at all after several minutes and a restart, send us the server name you are searching for and we will check its registration from our side.
